We accept returns, exchanges, or replacements only for unused items within 7 days of delivery.
All products must be returned in pristine condition, with original tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.

Arzooco will manage all pick-up and return logistics for a seamless experience.

Timeline: The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a secure payment link will be sent to your registered mobile number for refunds.

What is Covered?
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
Hardware: Broken zippers, sliders, buckles, and magnetic snaps.
Stitching: Premature unravelling of seams or handle attachments.
Structural Integrity: Defects in the fabric or lining that were present at the time of purchase.
What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
Daily Wear & Tear: Natural fading of colors, slight abrasions, or fabric pilling over time.
Misuse & Negligence: Damage caused by overloading the bag beyond its capacity, accidents (cuts/burns), or exposure to extreme chemicals.
Improper Care: Damage from machine washing or improper storage.
Unauthorized Alterations: Any repairs or modifications made by a third party.
How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
