Product Warranty

Arzooco is proud of its craftsmanship and offers a 1-Year Warranty on all handbags from the date of purchase.

Coverage: This warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects in hardware (zippers, buckles), stitching, and structural integrity under normal use.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by daily wear and tear, misuse, overloading, accidents, exposure to extreme conditions, or unauthorized repairs.

Claims: The decision of our Quality Control team regarding warranty claims is final. For further details, please refer to our dedicated Warranty Policy page.
